Connect 1 DAC to 2 systems?

Hey Gang
I was wondering if anyone is doing this and if it presents a problem? I have 2 systems, side by side and would like to hook up 1 DAC (possibly the SMSL D200) to both. The idea would be to connect my Mac Mini running Tidal and a CD player to the DAC and then run the DAC to both systems.
The first way I thought of doing this was by using both the RCA outs and the XLRs with an adapter. I'm not sure if this would work because of the difference in output voltage between the two. I also considered buying some cheap adapters that take one female RCA and splits it onto 2.
Anyone doing something similar? Am I a fool for thinking about it?

Didn't see output impedance spec in a quick look, but I'd expect it is easily low enough to support using just Y cables to split the output into two inputs.

Yes. That's exactly what I did with my EverSolo DMP-A6 Gen.2 :

Note that I did not used "cheap" Y RCA adaptors, but decent quality ones, at 30 Euros the pair - which is not a fortune, that said ! :biggrin:

Awesome! This is exactly what I was hoping to do. Thanks for providing the link for the link. I'll be sure to post about this once I get the DAC.

Before buying a new DAC, I'm going to give this a try with my SMSL SU-1. I just bought some expensive Audioquest RCA splitters which will be here Friday. They should do the trick
 
I used the splitters they sold at the Source or best Buy, Nothing special but they worked perfectly anyway.

I also used the Preamp output of a NAD Preamp/ Tuner to use its excellent tuner through an AVR. Worked fine too.
