Console Turntable *** NO POWER*

Hello,

I purchased a Magnavox W747 from a console and figured that since this turntable also was sold as a stand alone plug in unit that I could hook up a power cord directly or through an AC adapter. The wires underneath are RED YELLOW AND BLACK and are capped off by a plastic MOLEX connector. A lot of the console turntables were set up like this. I think the red is 12V a and the Yellow is 5 V Black is negative but I am not sure. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Photos would help. Most console set motors ran on 120vac, not 12vdc.

yeah, its 120 vac. Should be a hot, a neutral, and a switch return. Not 100% on this model, but I dug up a service manual for older Magnavox changers. It says the black is the switched hot, yellow is switch return, and red is the neutral.
