Cool idea for a clock for audio guys.........

Dont have a pic right yet but here is what I did, get an old album in good shape, a battery powered clock kit (not digital) at the hours of 12, 3, 6, 9 glue some small tubes to the album (you could use large ones here and small tubes elsewhere but it looks too busy) I used chrome tape for the other hours (just small line indicators) and viola you have a really cool looking clock for your man cave. OK so its a stupid idea for some but I like it and thought others may too. This idea is my gift to all, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
If this has been done before I never saw so me thinks there is a small chance its sort of original. Cheers

This could be a good idea! I'd upgrade it with Nixies for 12, 3, 6, and 9 always displaying the same number.

I've gone one step farther.

I got Vernon Fitch the HUGE Pink Floyd collector to get me a 300dpi scan of the label on a Pink Floyd "Time" 45 And then at a local record store bought two worthless but NM condition 45" I will print out the label and put super thin double sided tape on the back and apply it to one of the NM 45's Thus creating a Pink Floyd "TIME" 45 look alike (an original Pink Floyd "Time" 45 is much to rare and valuable to F up making a clock out of it)

I am currently looking for white numbers similar to the ones used in the Video Pink Floyd shows while playing the song "TIME" and will use those for the clock. Then I'll find a set of arms similar to ones also shown in that video. I'll use a simple Quartz single AA battery clock mech.
