Px-101Linear tracking full Auto Turntable in fully serviced condition. Got it for a very fair price. Matches the RX-101 and the KX-101 that I am still looking for.
Table came loaded with a shure m91e that I swapped out for a Nag 110. May also try a v15 ii on it for fun.

I was going to sell the Luxman, guess not now. I have a full 80's homage tower setup now with the Luxman stuff, and the ADC SS3 mk 2 with sa-1 x2 and a power conditioner.

Just need to find the kx-101 and my kids can dance to Raffi Baby Beluga in style.

Feels weird not having to service it to be honest.

After living with the NAG on the headshell and listening to one of my Favorite LPs, Bruce Cockburn - Dancing in the Dragon's Jaws, a few times now and adjusting and readjusting the tracking force a couple times, I have to say that I am very impressed with the table. I have noticed passages in a couple tracks that I had never before noticed.....background keyboards and delicate accents such as faint symbol splashes.

The NAG suits this table well with a punchy bass, nice mid and not to hot on the high end. I like shure carts, but if you are familiar to the m97 that cart would be very bright compared to this setup. I am going to let this cart eat up a few more miles and then I swap in a V15ii for a few days and report back.

The speakers I'm running are the ones I have listed for sale and are Boston Acoustic A120s. Often poo-poo'd, but I have no issue with them at all. I actually enjoy them. I have a new set here in the porch ready for sale every week. This week's set is a pair of CV AT-12's. Incredibly loud, but horrible sounding floor standers.




These are still in the shop breaking in the new surrounds. I have to redo the vinyl on the leading edges and fill a few bum corners......EDM music sounds great on them. Save that post for the speaker thread next week.
