Cool stuff available in San Diego

I've happened on a guy cleaning out his Dad's stuff (he passed away about 9 years ago).

He has a big pile of interesting solid state stuff. No "big finds" but some cool middle range gear, much in great condition.
I got involved just in case he had something exotic, I didn't want him to get ripped off .

He has:

Pioneer SX-9000 Reverb Receiver
Pioneer QX-8000 Quad receiver
Kenwood KR-3400 Receiver

Pioneer SR-202 Reverb unit

Akai GX-365D Real to Real (in original box, manuals, everything!)
Akai X-1810

Pair of Grundig LS2 speakers really cute.

And a few other units and lots of tapes, cables, etc.

All of this stuff is untested, but I would gamble on a good outcome as it all looks to be in VERY nice condition.
He really need to move this stuff along. he WILL NOT ship.
I figure he'd get $800 to 1000 if he sold the stuff piece by piece on eBay, and I told him that. Especially if he had the stuff tested and took great pictures.

Anyone interested in San Diego let me know. I bet he might take $600 for the whole load, but I told him not to take less than that. Remember, NO shipping and he wants it all gone at once.

Long time member, but not a frequent poster. Sorry about breaking the rules... probably last read them 11 years ago!
