Wow! There is enough there to keep a tubophile/valveophile occupied for days. It is a bit tedious reading the translated German however.
Nice page documenting tube testers from around the world.

If you scroll to the bottem of the page for each tester there is tube data, schematics and charts for most testers. The I-177 I have has an 87 page manual telling the operator to smash the tester if the enemy takes over.

That was then, now you could just send the equipment to the enemy collect via UPS and that way get the enemy to pay for its destruction.
