Covid mask mandates might return to L.A. county

So they're worried there's too many Covid hospitalizations and they might have bring back the mask mandates. Its not even the mayors or the governor talking about it. They are completely silent. Instead, its the director of health officials that wants to bring it back. She's not even an elected official, so there is no way to recall her. Enough is enough, people have Covid fatigue. No more masks. Sorry, just venting.

No amount of facts on this subject will change a single persons mind. Telling somebody to “think what you want” is the same as saying “be wrong all you want”. Everyone’s opinion should be valid, the problem is when it’s basically law. Like law enforcement in California don’t have bigger fish to fry? They make stealing legal but not wearing a mask illegal? Got it.

Life is risk. Remove all risk and you simply live in a bubble. But this explains that why, among the many countries I refuse to visit, California is one of the ones at the top of the list regarding the Americas. I'd sooner visit Mexico than California at this point.

Yup. This is why my wife and I have never been tested. We even took care of her sister, who had a bad case of Covid. We never showed symptoms because, well, I can't discuss religion here, so I'll leave it at that.

My wife and I went to CVS a couple of weeks ago to get our passport pictures. They had really nice N95 masks supplied for free by the US government. We each got a package of three. I used one sanding the walls in my new music room. I'm doing the last of it today and putting on the final "skin" today. They are really nice. :rflmao:
