CR-1000 Power Switch

Recently picked up a CR-1000.

Power switch didn't really work so I took it apart. Unfortunately it's pretty much garbage on the inside. A couple of the contacts are completely gone and some plastic is cracked.

Trying to find a compatible replacement. The CR-400, CR-800, CR -1020 and CR 2020 all look similar at a glance.

Anyone know if any of these will work?

From the photos, it seems that one side may be salvageable. If you can’t find a replacement, consider using the good side and a triac to control the power.

If just using one side will work, I'll definitely install a triac.

I installed one a Luxman a while back but could still use a little help.

I have 2 wires coming off the outlets, both are are the right side of the switch, and the transformer wire on the bottom left.

The directions:

Remove the AC line power and transformer lead (and maybe switched rear outlet) from the power switch. Remove the RC snubber across the switch contacts.

Mount the Triac in any handy location.
AC power lead goes to M1
Transformer lead (and maybe switched rear outlet) goes to M2
Power switch:
lead 1 100 Ohm resistor and goes to gate G
lead 2 goes to M2

Im a little confused since the directions say - and maybe switched rear outlet to m2. Both my ac wires are off the outlets so would both go to m1?

And on the power switch, use the lower 2 just on one side for lead one and lead two correct?
