Hi this is a call for help for all good hearted geniuses out there. I got a non-working CR 420 a couple of years ago and I have got it to work a couple of times but for very short time. I decided to replace the transistors and it is being hell. I was wondering if anyone out there has a list of substitutions. After a lot of looking here’s what I have come up with:

2SC1571 - 2N4921
2SC1918 - KSD261
2SC458C - 2SD1835
2SA844 - KSP2907A
2SB5595 - KSB596
2SA659 - KSA1281Y
2SD525 - KSD526Y
2SA817 - BC640TA
2SC1627 - BC63916
2SC1175 - KSC815Y
2SD400 - KSC2328AYTA

Any suggestions?

Datas coming from Japan for Japanese transistors

Caraters in bolt is my choice

Thank you so much. I am looking for them because they are missing. i have the circuit diagram and there is where i got the original numbers. the other thing is my typo where i wrote 2SB5595 should be 2SB595 ... ups.

Thank you again now i'm going shopping.

@ clinic-audio; Nice replacements, but where would you be able to get them, apart from faky stuff offered on ebay?
