CR-820 amplifier sections: which CA most closely related?

Hello Yamaha gurus and fans, from a visitor from the Sansui side of the galaxy...

I am thinking of adding a good Yamaha integrated amp or receiver from the late 1970s to my collection to provide a silver-faced alternative in quality sound to my Sansui AU-555A and AU-4900.

(Either that or I keep looking for a Sansui AU-6900/7900/517/519/717/719, but they're all getting mighty expensive in Australia... And I think might be able to win acceptance for an oh-so-handsome teak and silver Yammie from She Who Must Be Obeyed a little more easily than Yet Another 'Sui..)

I have homed in on the CA-810 integrated amplifier and CR-820 receiver as having greatest appeal to me, based on their looks and specs. (The 1000/1020/1020 series being just too big and expensive for my situation.)

For those Yammie gurus with knowledge of the design and guts of these things: to which (if any) of the CA series of integrated amplifiers of that '74-'80 period do the amplifier sections of the CR-820 most closely relate? (Maybe they are quite different?)

Or to ask it a simpler way: if one has a CR-820, are you getting most of an CA-810 included, or perhaps a slightly lesser amplifier model such as a CA-700, 710 or 800?

The specs for the
CR-820 (1977-80; 50 watts RMS, THD 0.02%, damping factor 40)
seem to land it between the
CA-710 (1978-80; 45 watts RMS, THD 0.01%, damping factor 50)
and the CA-810 (1977-80; 65 watts RMS, THD 0.05%, damping factor probably way underquoted at "better than 30 into 8 ohms"?)

I very much doubt my ears could tell a difference between them, and both show up very rarely in my market (Australia), but my question remains. I've heard good reports of the CA-810 as a sweet spot in its range. Wondering if the CR-820 is similar...

Thank you.

FWIW my speakers are restored NS-670 - love them .
