Crackle In Volume Knob in Technics sa-200

Hello all,
Before you suggest it, I have used deoxit and cleaned every switch and pot as much as I can. But still around 11 o’clock on the volume dial there is some crackle. This only happens on the right channel. Any suggestions ?

There is still an area within the control which either isn’t clean OR is so worn that the control has an intermittent at that part of the control.
You could try again cleaning, as well as working the control back and forth multiple times. If you can’t make it go away, it’s simply shot, and needs replacement. Sometimes fader lube will bridge minor gaps, but no promises.
