creaky Pioneer CT-S640S

Some time ago I found my old box of casettes, and I have some that I would like to listen to.

I have 3 casette decks, and none of them work.

One is the yamaha double deck I proudly bought as a kid (1989 ?) , a K-W132 (even have the original box) that doesnt work at all, seem to be a belt problem.
The other is one I bought used as "working", that sure did not work, a ROTEL RD-1010, I changed one belt in it but didnt have the big flat belt.. so no go.

Then a few years ago I rescued a pioneer CT-S64OS, the old owner said it didnt work, and I took it home and it actually worked, sort of.

It have a squealing creaky noise and the tape goes to slow. Except from that it works, also this deck have Dolby B/C/S and HX, so its better in that way too,

Today i opened it up and looked at the mechanism, and found out that when i removed the capstan belt the sound was very different, and the flywheel rotated fine, so the problem seem to be in the capstan motor.

However, I cannot understand how to remove the casette mechanism, I removed the top lid and the front, but how do I get into the mechanism ? ..Im a bit afraid that I break some plastic clip or so.

I have searched for a service manual but havent found any..

Any good ideas ?

I can try to take some photos but dont know if it would help..

Great! ..I have googled but didnt find that, thanks!

I listened before I removed the belt ofcourse :) with "the sound" I meant the creaky sound, it seem to be the motor that is the problem, if Im lucky I can just oil it, but then i have to remove it first.

I will read the manual to see if I can find out.
