Criagslist finds

[Curious]

I am looking for speakers for my Technics SA-510 and found these listed on CL. Are these decent prices? I have seen good reviews of both on the forum.

Paradigm Titan v.3 for $125
Klipsch KG 4.2 $150

I realize one is a bookshelf and the other is a floor speaker. I have space for a set up in my basement which I would most likely use the floor speakers since it is a much larger area, or my office in which case I would use the Paradigms since it is just a 11x13 room.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Those Klipsch are pretty nice and at $150 are a solid buy. I'm not sure how they'd mate with the Technics, but they're well suited for a pretty big room

Both are great speakers, but Titans are bookshelf speakers and The KG's are floor models. KG's are a much better value at that price.

I got a nice pair of KG4's from a pawn shop for $60 last year.
LOVE them.
Paired with:
JVC Q5 TT
Realistic sta 240
Sherwood SH-8055 Eq,
Kenwood M1 and C1
They can handle power and have loads of base.

4.2's are a little different that 4's but both are very nice.
