Criterion 77 99-02321WX speakers - Any info on these?

Looking for information on these speakers. These were in a property I had to clean out and came home with me along with a pair of EPI-70 speakers. The EPI-70's are getting a refoam kit, but these speakers are needing more than a refoam. I have read very little on them and it looks so-so on them, and input looks to be about 30WPC RMS. Cabinets are in really good condition, but not so on drivers.Looks like the mice have gotten to them. Wondering if they would be worth looking for replacement drivers, or trying to DIY drivers with a crossover in them. I'm going to test them out for the mids driver as it's sealed, but was wondering if it's a waste of time trying to restore.

Assuming you've already done a google search on the model number (actually it sounds like a catalog number), pics would help.

By and large, the "Criterion" branded loudspeakers sold by LRE were mediocre at best (IMO).
