No, I sold them; that's why this started at Barter Town. I was asked to post measurements before they went out; so i obliged.
I had them in Heresys, which were sold separately. They certainly made the Heresys better.
It looks to me like the response of the Eminence APT driver/Crites horn combination is easily made flat with a compensation circuit as its mass rolloff is a steady 5 or 6 dB per octave above 4kHz.
The vertical directivity measurements show a loss of pattern control below 4kHz, so you'd want to cross over higher, and that's how they are used in Klipsch speakers anyway. I guess anyone DIYing with these would use them in a 3 way anyway, so, not a problem.
Additionally the vertical pattern looks narrow to me, but I can't make any fancier graphs to illustrate that more clearly, though that would be nice.
Another issue I noticed is that the 45º vertical response (yellow) exhibits a higher output between 10kHz and 20kHz compared to the 40º (red) vertical response. Perhaps that's from edge diffraction. Flush mounting the horn on a baffle may eliminate that effect.
The small ripples in the response between approx. 1,700Hz and 5k (most easily seen in the horizontal,) are interesting. I have seen others analyzing graphs call ripples like those HOM effects. But it may take a different kind of imaging to really see that; or just a better interpreter.
I did not measure 50-90º because I could not easily and accurately rotate the jig any further.
I was intending to keep these for a 3way project but I had to liquidate some stuff to pay for a computer to run PCD software for crossover design. : )
If you were thinking about buying a set for Klipsch speakers I would recommend them. If you are going to DIY, I'd like to see what you make. As you can see, there's no breakup spike at the high end of the response. No notch filter needed up there.
