Crossover capacitor---- orientation ?

All, I just got some Solen caps in the mail today, and they're headed to the crossovers for my old Klipschorns. Looking at the capacitors I see a symbol near the rest of the capacitor information, and it looks like this:

Does this indicate which lead is attached to the inner versus outer film on the capacitor ? If so which is which, and more importantly, which side should face the drivers? (And/or does it even matter ??)

Crossovers use only non-polarized caps so it makes no difference whatsoever.
