CS-63DX crossover wired incorrectly?

I recently acquired a pair of CS-63DX speakers. When I took them apart to examine the crossovers, I noticed wiring which seems to be inconsistent with the schematics I found online. It appears as if the "supertweeter" horn tweeter is connected to the tweeter circuit, while the tweeters are connected to the supertweeter
circuit.

Furthermore, the labeling on the crossover itself seems to confirm my suspicions. The supertweeter is connected to the post labeled "T", whereas the tweeters are connected to the post labeled "S".

I'm not sure what to think here - is this arrangement correct? Were they reconfigured by the previous owner? Was there a manufacturing defect?
