CT-F1250 and CT-F1000 head

I have CT-F1250 with a bad head (missing high frequencies). Now I found a CT-F1000 assembly, I check service manuals, as far as I see part numbers are different but they look same. So I want to be sure, are heads of 1250 and 1000 same?
