Culling the vinyl collection is tougher than I expected

I might be inclined to do like ol' 4-2-7 used to do, and `bundle up 50 or so, sell in a package deal.

I mean, really, who has the time to deal with quality control, pricing, tire kickers, fat-fingered lookie-loos, and last, but not least, dicker-ers?

Big ol' headache.

if ou have kept your Lp's immaculately clean and they suffer from having warps or ripples and the sound is oure i wouldn't get rid of any of them. not nless you have streamed digital replacements that sound is better than the Lp's you have already. maybe you need to invest in a better turntable. arms can make a great difference depending on the quality of the cartridge you have now. I discovered a couple of years ago that a cartridge with a more advanced cantilever can make all the difference in improvements to the sound you hear from your Lp's. Yes I do have some downloads of lp's I have already owned. But after many hour of listening to the different trade offs I usually prefer the over all sound of the lp's unless they have inherit issues I can't do anything about. rumble can be an issue with LP no matter how quiet the table and resonant free the tone arm is!
