Custom made "headshells"

I wonder if the pleasure to listen to records could be an easier task if headshells were already set to place the cartridge without any need to correct VTA or Azymuth?
The same way a P-Mount arm is ready to have it's cartridge set into place without the need to swing back and forth or left to right.
Do any of you know if there is someone who does custom made headshells?
As far as I know only one model has this facility.it is an Audio Technica Universal Headshell SME/10 which comes with the holes ready to set your cartridge according to the length of your tonearm.
I heard a user writting this about it:

Beautifully made elegant headshell, looks smart, a touch of class.
I am very happy with it.
Unfortunatley I couldnt get a 440mla to line up with the technics overhang gauge, It was close but too far off for my liking.
Switching the thin rubber washer for a thicker one on the tonearm mount got it closer still, however i would have liked the cartridge a little further out, somewhere between the first and second set of fixed mounting points.

Still the best bet in my humble opinion.
If anyone knows of other choices please let me know.

I'm no expert on cartridge set up and I get confused by the terminology. I think what the AT SME/10 (MG10) addresses is 'alignment' or 'overhang'. It's getting the stylus at an optimum distance from the arms pivot point to align properly at 2 null points on a protractor - yes/no?

Aren't 'Azimuth' and 'VTA' different?

Azimuth - Stylus perfectly vertical (perpendicular) to the horizontal plane of the platter/record when looking at the cartridge from the front.

VTA? - VTA or vertical tracking angle is the angle the cantilever makes with the surface of the record when looking at it from the side. Someone on vinylengine suggested a DIY approach near the bottom of this tread: https://www.vinylengine.com/turntable_forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=94526

But if a tone arm has no height adjustment or it is already at it's max, and you still need more height at the back of the arm, I'm not sure that a headshell could correct that.

From my understanding neither of these addresses adjustable overhang alignment that the AT SME/10 (MG10) is attempting to address.

So aren't Overhang, VTA and Azimuth independent adjustments?

It's enough to drive me crazy. (but like my wife says, it's a short trip).
