CX-2000 arrived!

I am very impressed with the first few hours of listening. I substituted the C-21 Pioneer preamp just for testing with the CX-2000. I use a CDX-2000 and the F-28 Pioneer tuner and the M22 amp (for now).

I was and still am really impressed with the Yamaha pre, although the Pioneer C-21 is no slouch either.

Cant wait to get the MX-2000 one day.

Did anyone else had this great experience? (likely yes) Is the Yamaha "glue issue" present in the 2000/10 000 series as well?

Congratulations on your CX-2000, it's a great unit! My CX-2000 did not have the "glue issue", I really doubt any of the CX-1000s or CX-2000s have this issue.
