BTW- care to share your rub? Looks a bit different. I usually use my version of Memphis dust. Don't tell anyone but I add some fresh ground coffee beans - just about 10-12 beans when I grind the rosemary.

I like the coffee idea...I will be doing another one soon and will give it a try...BBQ season is almost here!
