DAC in new Commodore phone...

Wanting to change my interaction with the communication device in my pocket but still have music and photos if I want. Checking out the new Commodore phone. It is supposed to have a very good DAC, which is listed as from ESS and Cirrus Logic. Wondering if anyone can tell me anything about it.

I don't think so, and was asking here if anyone else new of any. It is pre-order right now, and those in the know cannot release specific technical details, but one reviewer indicated the details he received looked good, not low tier, and he figured all but the "audiophile super-snob" would be pleased. But not sure what that means. I am guessing it will mean I am fine. I am good with a 2008 or so iPod DAC so, ...

This guy is the one that said that. I tried to make the link I shared start it at about 3:33 where the info is, but if not that is where in the video that part is discussed.
