Actually, if you have a Bose store nearby that provides no-questions-asked refunds for exchanges, you might be able to make $600 if the POS really sells for $1500.

But yeah, other than that, total waste of $900.

I'm so not a Bose basher..hell I owned a pair of 901's till earlier thisyear..granted they sat in boxes unused for 15 years, but...if they sound good to somebody, and they get off on them like I get off on my Infinity's, at the end of the algorithm, he's just as pleased as I am..but I digress...

people that jump on CL, or any other similar site, without a feel for the lay of the land, generally sets absurdly optinistic prices..I'm sure we've all seen it...me, I'm looking for the guy with the diametrically opposed attitude on pricing.:yes:
 
Bose may be able to sell them for $1500, but I'm sure their marketing is a little better than this guy's..
