DC Offset Adjustment RS-1080

Good day guys,

Is it possible for a mortal with some skills and basic tools to perform this task?

My RS-1080 is throwing about -98.xx mV...

Im guessing this is fixed by performing a power supply adjustment... Assuming components are in an ok status.

Im finding trouble on finding the potentiometers one need to touch.

And the pins to measure according to the instructions.

If a kind fella is able to throw some words to help this mortal and get some guidance i would appreciate.

I leave outside US and dont really have a shop around to send the equipment to get fixed. I have to mention i already burned one of my klipsch towers.

I'm not anywhere close to an expert, but your issue I believe resides with the differential pairs. You need to find matched pairs and replace, no DC offset adj. for this unit. I'm sure someone with knowledge of this will chime in with details.

Hummm "differential pairs" investigating already about this... Will see what im able to find, thank you... Not sure id swap a part will be easier, hopefully. Cheers!

After reading this... I realize i only have a multimeter, other regular tools but not an osciloscope, i do havea a good will +_+
