Hey all,
this is my first time posting on ak but i have been browsing this site alot lately as my interest grows in audio fidelity. the reason i posted is because i recently got my hands on two linear DC power supplies. My work was cleaning out their stock room and they were throwing out two Acopian 6v power supplies. after a little research i found out one puts out 21 amps and the other puts out 28 amps, and they can be hooked in series to produce an overall of 12v dc 21 amps, that it can supply all day long. the units themselves look robust each sporting a huge steel core transformer and 2-3 nice big capacitors. so my question to the floor is i know i can hook them up to a 12v solid state amp and have clean power all day long but is there any way i can integrate this into a tube set up? ill post up some pics when i can
