Dc voltage on on output kr-750

Working on a kr-750 and the protection relay won’t come on. Testing around and I found 12v on the collectors of the output transistors. I can’t find anywhere it would be picking up 12v. The base and collector have the correct voltages. Is there any way to check for where the voltage is coming from without disconnecting things one at a time? The dc offset adjustment does not change the voltage. IMG_2233.jpeg

Is it both channels? If so, start by making sure the power rail voltages are good out to the output transistor emitters. If both (+/-48Vdc) rail voltages are correct and the issue is in both channels, start sniffing around the protection circuit.

No it’s only on channel I’ve got 12v on on Channel and 0 on the other. You think the protection circuit could be back feeding 12v?
 
Ya the rail voltages are correct on both channels. Just windering if there’s an easier way than pulling circuits individually. The receiver only cost me $20 but I like a challenge so I think it’s worth trying to
