The description says 3 way DCM, approximately 39" high x 6". There is a bad photo that is almost certainly not the actual speakers. I found a link to a better photo from another ad:

They could be TF-400s if the approx dimensions given are a bit off. Any other possibilities?

Asking price $100, worth it?

If in good condition with all drivers in good condition, intact "socks" and have badges then yes. Many consider the TF a very good speaker. I have a pair of 700 and they do sound nice. Somewhat power hungry. I paid $150 w/out badges (not that this makes a major difference) and I think I got a pretty good deal.
At least check them out and give them a good listen.

I contacted the seller. They are about 20 years old, give or take, and do not have a rear tweeter. Sounds like the original TF-400. Supposedly in very nice shape cosmetically and playing well. The downside is they are about 1 1/2 away round trip. The upside is they are asking $100 and will accept any reasonable offer so I could probably get them for less.

Sounds good. I suggest you take some good CDs with you enjoy the ride, audition them and decide. They are not that frequently showing up. I think you will like them. Good luck.
