Came across a pair of TimePiece and Full Time Bass on E-Bay that had a Buy Now price of $375 including shipping. I was talking to the owner about splitting off the Full Time Bass and coming down on his price but someone went ahead and paid $350 for all speakers. Seems high to me.

I would not mind a pair of Time Bass to go with my TimePiece since they might be an interesting speaker stand if nothing else.

almost twice the price of a nice pair of Time Windows and they don't have the reputation of the Windows so I agree with you about the price on this set.

The shipping cost is high. I also had to pay for someone to make another set of sonotubes for shipping containers. The original owner threw out the boxes.

How do the Time Pieces compare sonically with Time Windows and Time Frames? Just curious; I've heard the latter two (and currently own TFM 700s), but haven't heard the Time Pieces yet.

TF's use the same drivers as the TW's, and they are transmission line ported the same way. The TF's have the drivers mounted on a flat surface.

I have never heard them in action, just TW's.

I bought a pair of Time Pieces a couple of months ago. SQ wise they are very good especially relative to their size. They are a bookshelf speakers and have a single 6.5 woofer with a .75 tweeter mounted in front of the woofer.

They do not produce the bass as well as the TF-350's, 500's or 600's that I own. But they do image well and produce a full range just not as detailed as the TF series IMO. I have read that DCM built them as stand alones or to be paired specifically with the Full Time Bass by connecting them directly to each other. I guess the concept was that the TimePiece were supposed to provide the high-midrange and the Full Bass with their larger 8" woofer are supposed to handle the lower end. I am curious how they would sound together.
