Just an FYI, the speakers are all "potted" into the sonotube enclosure. They are a nightmare to work on. There are plenty of threads about DCM Timewindows here.

Popular speakers on AK, I have a pair of TW 1's, and TF's. Mainly use my Maggie SMG these days.

Interesting ad. It said there are holes in areas from when the speakers were hung. I don't know how or why you would hang a pair of TW's.

All drivers working, a little wood fill, and that could be a good deal. My second pair sounds great driven with a Hafler P-500. Immense soundstage, easy placement.

But they can tip over. :tears:

Hanging from the ceiling sometimes means kids/dogs won't get beaned (barring poor hanging, in which case worse beaning happens).

Early TW1 end caps were glued on. Later TW1A were not. Glue lets go, cap comes off, bonk! Thud. :thumbsdn:
