denon 2307ci problems

Hello. I'm a fairly new user so I'm hoping I'm posting this in the right place. If not if anyone wants to suggest a better spot to post this I'm open to suggestions. At any rate I have a Denon avr 2307ci that is having issues. On any setting other than direct I get almost no signal to any channel other than my right mains. I run the pre out to a separate power amp and it reproduces the signal without issue.
I'm wondering if any owners of this or a similar denon product could tell me if this is something a good spray of de ox could help with, is it possibly a settings issue, or am I looking at replacing the board that controls the surround functions, in which case It'll become my new boat anchor. Any input would be appreciated. Cheers

Is this one of those DTS bomb amps, where something like the first 10 mins of transformers 2 would blow out the HDMI and thereafter only worked as 2 channel ???
Look into it, and avs forum had info on some of those. You tube had a few video's where people were heating the chip with a heat gun etc etc.
