Denon AVR-X3300 Setup menu clicks...

Hi everyone. I have fully working AVR-X3300 that one's in the awhile switches to Setup Menu by itself. Very random.
Sometimes it's once in hour, sometimes it does it a few times in 5 min. Like someone pressed the "Setup" button on the remote. Relay clicks and Setup Menu appears. There is an option I set to "Disable Setup" in "General" settings.
Now it just relay clicks and "Setup Off" uppers on AVR's screen for a few seconds, but it's not interrupting anything on TV(HDMI) or sound wise.
Anyone had that happen to any Marantz or Denon receivers before?
BTW, everything inside looks clean and in place.

Are you using the original remote? If so, I wonder if there's a sticky button. To prove it's not the remote, after you have the receiver up and running, remove one of the batteries to see if it continues.

Another thing to try is a reset if the above doesn't solve the problem.

No sticky buttons. Factory reset a few times already. Newest FW didn't fix it either.

Never seen anything like that happen on my Marantz rigs, albeit those are pre/pros not receivers.

Can you tell us more of the personal history of the receiver other than you got it on ebay.

I just got it. A month ago.
So, no history from the seller.
It's in great working condition otherwise All boards are OK. No damage of any kind in/out.
