I have a Denon DP-45F and it works great - but the cables that came with the turntable are the originals from like 1983 and show a bit of wear where they would bend closest to the phono connection on my receiver/amp.
Since the ground wire is part of the wiring coming out of the turntable, is it possible to replace the cables with newer better cable, and if yes how hard is this to do? Is it best left to a repair center to do something like this and will I hear any improvement ?
THANKS
