Denon DP-47F tonearm issues.

I have the Denon DP-47F that it's an Ebay purchase and I have a few problems with the tonearm.First the tonearm wouldn't move but I've managed to fix this problem by spraying a solvent in the tonearm bearing as it seemed stuck. The only issue I have now is that the tonearm just drops on the vinyl after 5-6 seconds instead of slowly lowering the needle on the record. The same thing happens when the tonearm raises.Have anyone encountered this before and what can be the cause of it? Thanks.

Hi, not sure if you had fixed the mentioned issue and it may be related to the enclosed on VR3 by 2 owners for you to try.
