Local CL is listing a mint DP-62L that includes both S-shaped and straight tonearms, original docs, 4 counterweights and NAGAOKA MP-110H MM Cartridge & Headshell. The RCA's were recently replaced by a tech I know and trust - he has done work for me.

Owner is asking $800 firm.

I am sorely tempted.

I think that is a fair price considering all the pieces that are included. But yes, the electronics are a concern on a older table like this. I have a Denon DP-59L, and it’s my holy grail table..these big vintage Denons are fantastic tables..I would go for it if it is in working condition.

Thanks, gents. I'll be speaking to the tech. He's a good guy who is more than willing to talk your ear off about vintage audio (our kind of guy).

If its in primo condition not a bad price.
I love mine and have done a full recap on it myself.
There is a couple of ICs that are unobtainable, so I went ahead and recapped.
Finding one that has all the accessories you mentioned is getting pretty rare.
A review if you do take the plunge would be enjoyed.
Good luck.

Should I take the plunge I will indeed report back. Even if I don't I'll report back. As always, I appreciate the help.

I opted to pass. I spoke with the tech and he recalls working on a DL62L although not specifically this one - he does a lot of vintage business - he is that good. He confirmed that it was a good price and that the only drawback was the unobtainable ICUs. Would it have been worth taking the plunge? Oh, I think so. Could I afford it? Yes. In the final analysis I'm pretty happy with what I have.

It's a beauty!! I'd grab it at that price. You might think about having it recapped if it hasn't been.
