Denon DRA-435R protection mode? factory reset?

Just got this home with a sweet deal of equipment. Listening for awhile, sounds good, everything works. But two times now it all just cuts off, no sound/no lights, nothing. guessing it's going into protection mode?
I've read maybe a factory reset can help with this. Does anyone know the factory reset buttons?
thanks!

I have the slightly bigger DRA-635R, not sure if the procedure is the same for the 435R
From the troubleshooting part of my manual
"No sound is produced although power is on: "
Protective circuit is operating---> Turn the power off once, check the speaker connections, then turn the power on again
OR
the fuse has blown--->Consult your dealer or the nearest Denon representative. Since it is long ago out of warranty I'd think changing the fuse yourself might be an option BUT since it came back on once I'd think that would rule out the fuse unless it was intermittently making contact in the fuse or fuse holder(s)

2 other options under "No sound" are check input and speaker connections, OR speaker switches are off. I'm thinking we can rule out speaker switch is off, but it may be corroded. And I guess double check your input and speaker connections.

Thanks for replying. That is what my manual says as well. But I think there's a way to factory reset, clears all the radio presets and anything else it stores, and maybe would help?

The guy I bought it from seemed honest, but it has sat in his garage for the better part of a year. Clean garage, but you never know. Not sure what would make it go into protective mode. It's not super hot and it's hooked up with good wire and banana plugs. I do have a bluetooth adapter into the CD input. Not sure if that would do it?

I actually have a line on the 635 I plan to get this weekend, that guy is currently replacing caps and going through it. Looking forward to getting it and getting it hooked up!
