Deoxit D5 or D100?

So when is it best to use Deoxit D5 (5% solution) and when should you use D100 (100%) I need to order some to clean up a 1946 tube radio/record changer and would like to get the right stuff. Besides, I think it would be generally helpful for folks to know the difference. Any thoughts/experiences/theories?
