Difference Fostex T20RP Mark 2 / Mark 3

Hi audiophiles
I know the built difference of both ( foam layer on driver, buffle etc.) but the mark2 are much cheaper especially when buying used.
Is there a difference in sound? I am not really interessted in modding the cans after buy.
Prefer the t20 because they should have more base impact
