Differences between the Pioneer PL 570 and PL 560

Know the PL 560 is direct drive automatic and the PL 570 is direct drive Quartz. Is this the only major differences between the two. Is there major differences in performance and sound. Seems the PL 550/570 both are soild TT. How does the PL 560 compare.

I have a PL-560 and it is also direct-drive & quartz-lock. I've only had it a short time but love the performance so far. I plan to veneer the plinth with walnut so that it matches my SX-1080. The PL-560 came out in 1978, the year after the PL-570. The specs are similar but the cosmetics changed and the footprint & weight reduced slightly. I'm not sure of performance differences as I've never had the privilege of owning a PL-570.
