Difficult to find pot

I've found a bad pot in an amp I'm repairing for someone. See attached files. Note the extra soldered PCB bracket for support. Also note I must have the switch. 80k to 100k. Don't really care about taper. Can anyone help find this pot?

Welcome fellow ham! Ya skipped your introduction, that's the forum you posted on.
100k is a pretty common item. Multiple online suppliers like mouser, digikey, antique electronic supply, etc. Try that, see where it takes you. You may have to go hard-wired if you don't find a pc-mount unit, seeing as you have a nut on the pot shaft support.
Alternatively, repost on the general audio discussion forum, you'll get more hits over there. :bigok:

Sorry, I assumed the forum was the place. I did read the intro many years ago, guess I forgot. To cut to the chase, where do I post these type of questions?
Also, already been to Mouser, DigiKey, CTS and many other distributors, none of them have a replacement.
The challenge is, this is a cheap Jap amp with a single small PCB help in place by those soldered standoffs only. So the pots are the only means of support for the PCB.

You may have a lost cause then, unless you find a different way to secure the board & hardwire it. A separate power switch may be in order also, if you can't find a drop-in replacement unit. This begs the question of is this thing worth the effort?
 
Many potentiometers are custom-designed to fit specific equipment so they are just as often difficult or impossible to find.

Dual pots with a power switch can be difficult to find. Mouser or Digikey may have something hopefully.
But ass mentioned, you may not find one that is PCB mount. I've had PCB mount pots that I had to use one with solder eyes on the ends of the legs and just run some wired from the pot to the PCB.
You may also just have to add a power switch. If there is space behind the face plate, you can drill a hole in it to add the switch.
I don't like doing that myself. I have added power switches on the side before. Using a mini toggle switch. I hate having to do this, but sometimes the only option.
I have a few tube a.ps that have the power switch on the back. I hate reaching over hot tubes to turn them off. So I use remote controlled Bluetooth power plugs. Plug the amps into the socket and plug that into the wall. So you could use one on that amp and just bypass the power switch if it's bad.
 
Would could use thick wire wrapped around the new pot and extended away from it to make two parallel legs, and then use a thickened structural epoxy like WestSystems 610 or the G-flex thickened version to secure the pot to the board using the wire legs. Once those epoxies harden they are very strong and rigid like ABS.
