So I have been playing some older LP's. Lolitta Holiways Sweet Sensation. It's a 45 12" and I have 2 copies so i can do a 45 minute long version and it IS spectactuar for dynamic range and punch!!! Are there other DJ

I know a bit about the person you're trying to describe.

1. Her first name is Loleatta (not Lolitta).
2. Loleatta was not a DJ; she was a vocalist.
3. The name of the LP to which you are trying to refer is "Love Sensation" (not "sweet sensation").
4. "Love Sensation" was Loleatta's last - read: final -- LP, released in 1980.


Loleatta was well-known member of the musical comunity of my hometown, Chicago. She started out @ Gospel, then made her way to early Disco and post-Disco (Dance), but also Funk and Soul.

She was born (in Chicago) in 1946 and died (in Chicago) in 2011, @ age of 64.

I will now play an LP in her memory.

Any Donna Summer experts around here? Wondering if anyone has any info about the Donna Summer side of this 70's DJ 12" bootleg "Megamix?" The Gloria Gaynor side comes from a acetate disc by DJ Warren G but I can't find any info on Donna's side. Haven't listened to my copy yet.
