You're welcome. I've also got a .pdf that is pretty comprehensive on the subject of Capitol record labels (singles and albums). Not sure how to post a .pdf to the forums though. If anyone is interested let me know and I can email it to you.

As a note you should keep in mind that a lot of this stuff is often debated. A good example is the term 'Mastering/ Mastered by', different folks have different interpretations of what that means and so there is seemingly endless (and rather esoteric) debate in some instances of who did what and when.

Thank you so much for your input. And thanks to the OP for starting this thread. I'm kind of in the same place. I'm considering the daunting task of inputting all my records!

And I've learned a lot just from reading this. I'm not ready to start yet. I'm presently organizing my collection after acquiring a 750 record collection. About 250 disks from it are entering my collection, and I'm currently finding and assessing the duplicates.
