As I said in your other post in this topic it seems to be an AV receiver issue affecting both the left and right channels. Have you gone into the receiver setup menu to see if any settings don’t look correct?

I did and actually reset to factory and still happens manually increase the level of left and right and still same issue
 
Move the center channel connection to the left or right connection on the soundbar and see if the sound quality changes on the left or right connection. You know the center sounds OK per the video you shared.
 
Let me make sure I understand. You now have good sound on the left channel and bad sound on the center channel?
 
Since the good sound is coming from the center channel connection of your AV receiver even if connected to the left or right channel of your soundbar, you have a problem with your receiver, not the soundbar. Something has gone bad in the AV receiver.

I think you are wrong with all respect

I switched the left and center on av output as you said.
As you see in the last video left av output connected to center driver on soundbar and center output of av connected to left driver and now still the good sound coming out from center driver (left channel of av) so it cant be the av!

Oh sorry. I misunderstood what you wrote in Post #6.

You are correct this test indicates your AV receiver is not the problem. Something has happened inside your soundbar evidently that is affecting the left and right speaker outputs.

Noting to be sorry probably i explain it wrong .

Any idea? Can be from crossover?
 
It is either a problem with the crossover or something has happened to the left and right channel woofer and/or tweeters. From the videos, it sounds like the woofers are the problem.

That is a good next step in troubleshooting. You will have probably to disconnect the wires from the crossover to the drivers to get an accurate ohm reading on the drivers.
