DIY Amplifier - Chassis Measurements

Hi! Recently I purchased a Sure Electronics amp board, a 36vdc regulated power supply, a 12" x 10" x 3" Hammond Aluminum Enclosure, and all the necessary accessories in order to build the amp. I have a pretty good idea of what I'm going to do, but have a question:

What is the center to center spacing for the + and - speaker outputs (female banana)?

Thanks for the tip, but already have the round individual ones for chassis. Anyways, it is easy to space 3/4" apart.

I purchased a fuse holder, since it was very inexpensive, but I don't think I need it with the regulated power supply. Anyways, what fuse is recommended? Amps/Slow or Fast Blow?
