DIY Crossovers

Hi fellow gear heads.

I'm looking for the FRD/ZMA files for Altec 803B & 806A drivers so I can attempt to design and build 2 way 16 ohm 800Hz crossovers. I'd also be open to paying someone to design/build if they open to it.

Or if anyone has a spare N800D dividing network they are willing to part with, let me know.

Any reason to not just build a clone of the N800D? The schematic is readily available.

That sounds very sensible to me.

There would be little advantage to look for original crossovers if schematics are available on line. You would almost certainly have to re-cap the original. So why not build new ones?
