Do not waste your money on the ides of march

[djnagle]

This has got to be the worst movie I've seen since ISHTAR!!!!! It is like watching a remake of a bad 1950's political thriller. Simple plot, long slow shots, phone-in acting, underdeveloped theme, superficial reveals. It was just a waste of my time and money.:thumbsdn::thumbsdn::thumbsdn::thumbsdn::thumbsdn:

Really enjoyed the movie.. Hah

[djnagle]

I am sure there are many who enjoyed the movie, I just thought it was a dud. Any episode of The West Wing was much better. IMHO of course.

[Tom Brennan]

I stupidly hoped for a movie about Caesar.

[djnagle]

hahahahahaha

[reggaenaut]

I guess we have to fall back on the real "Ides Of March":
JULIUS CAESAR: Louis Calhern, Marlon Brando, James Mason.

[Michael Powers]

*Spoiler Alert!*

The scene where the staff member discovered the body and was sitting on the bed, where he would have had to have stepped over the body to have done so, was not credible.

My wife really LIKED the movie!

But since she married ME, her judgement is suspect?
