DOA AU-555. Does an AU-555 have a relay?

Need source for 1" x .25" fuses for AU-555

Hi All!
I just received an AU-555 from ebay. The power light comes on, but after that, nothing. Dead silence from all speaker outputs and sources (*sigh*). I noticed there is no relay click after turning it on. Should there be?

Now I discovered both channels have dead fuses. 125V 2A, 1" x .25" I can't seem to find this size. Most fuses are 1.25" long, not 1". Does anyone know a good source? What do you use? If I get that addressed then I will have to find out why two fuses blew! Thanks for any advice.

No relay in this model but there are Quick Acting Fuses, one for each channel.
If you remove the cover you see them located in the middle of the board.
If they are open, no sound.

Hi Stene, Thanks--
The fuses for both channels read "OL" on my ohmmeter. (I assume that is BAD.) They look like they say 125V 4A on one end and TOYO on the other. Sound right? I think I can get them at Radio Shack. However, these look shorter in length than other fuses I have at home. Maybe that's normal for that value. Or are special ones required? Many Thanks,

It may be bad, or on the other hand, someone may have run it for a while with no speakers connected, which would blow the fuses.

Keep your fingers crossed while you track down those fuses...

Those fuses do seem hard to find. They are short--1" instead of 1.25" but normal width. Regular size won't go in--I tried. Do you have any suggestions for sources? It takes 125V 2A, fast acting. Thanks!
