Does Anybody Recognize This Corner Cabinet?

A little background: trying to help a friend of a friend remotely, and so far all I have to work from is these pictures. I can help guide them through opening the cabinet, but perhaps someone here recognizes this and can identify them without having to dig any deeper. Seems like the side embellishment should be pretty unique.

Cabinart with a Jensen load.

Actually, the cabinets might be one-off custom/DIY. They don't quite match my recollection of the Cabinart boxes i had in mind.

Definitely a 2-way Jensen driver load though.

I think the box is a DIY built on the Jensen Ultraflex design.

I was looking at the Ultraflex designs myself and couldn't find a 5-sided design, it looked to me all the Ultraflex designs are 6-sided.

Yeah I'm with bowtie. I was thinking tri-plex but it looks more ultra-flex diy to me.
