I've looked through a lot of Google images, but haven't located these.
The tweeter is directly above the woofer. They look like C37, but tweeter placement is wrong.
Thanks for any help. A friend has a pair for sale. They are in AWESOME condition.

Putting this in the Lansing forum may have garnered more attention.
I think they're C37's, Googling that I can see several with that orientation.
 
I think maybe C-38's . I have a pair of 38's. Need to see more with back off to tell for sure. Real beauties those you have.
 
I have a pair of c-38’s, also known as Barons. They look an awful lot like those. They even have the same Charles Eames designed aluminum legs. I’m no kind of expert…although I do own an enormous amount of speakers and gear. For some reason I seem to be thinking that the c-37’s were vertical instead of horizontal. At any rate, my vote would be that they’re the C-38 Baron model. There were a number of different driver combinations you could order with the cabs back then.
 
They are 36 inches wide, which means C37. Thanks for all the links guys! It's an education!
