Well of course you shouldn't jerk and drive. You should pull over into a busy parking lot, a shopping mall perhaps, and proceed while the auto is stopped!
 
On a more serious, and, coincidentally, on-topic note, as a driver of a city bus, my elevated position gives me a view of what people do in what they erroneously think is the privacy of their own vehicle.

They need that campaign to run in the literal sense. Cellphones are not the only distraction in which drivers participate. No gender exclusion either, and much more frequent than most would suspect.

When I was driving the big rigs, my vantage point allowed me to see many things I bet the people thought were private. Also, I could see the ahead traffic snarls and/or problems with ease.

Police campaign signs here to counter mobile phone use while driving; "Get your hand off it" !!, hahaha.

Haven't heard anyone complaining.
 
Well, perhaps if Pee Wee Herman had done his thing while driving instead of in the movie theater he would still have a job.
